This is the official record of the first war crimes trial against a Japanese citizen - Tatsuo Tsuchiya - or 'Little Glass Eye' as prisoners at Mitsushima POW Camp remember him as. This trial was heard at the Yokohama War Crimes Tribunal.

Standing before the War Crimes Commission bench, Tatsuo "Little Glass Eye" Tsuchiya is sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor for his part in the torture death of an American Prisoner of war. He is flanked by Maj. Louis Geffen, prosecutor, and Lt. Col. John Dickinson, defense attorney.
